Today more than ever, challenging behaviour is a daily reality for many NQTs. If you've recently started on your teaching career, you don't need us to tell you what a stressful time this can be. Getting to grips with a new department, increasing timetable demands and the responsibility of preparing students for exams can all pile on the pressure.

Things can change though, and that is where this highly popular Timeline course steps in. Developed and delivered by Michael Banks, it offers effective, proven strategies for improving behaviour, and demonstrates techniques for motivating, supporting and engaging students. Course programme:

The day starts at 9:30 for registration, and the first session is at 10:00. The course ends at approximately 15:45.

There are refreshments at registration, mid-morning, lunch and mid-afternoon. Full delegate materials support the course.
