Booking Terms And Conditions

 

  • If you wish to cancel a booking, please send written confirmation to reach Timeline Training at least two weeks prior to the start of course and we will be happy to refund the full amount submitted. After this date, no refunds will be made.

 

  • Please do not make travel or cover arrangements before receiving written confirmation of your booking. If you are unsure that your booking has been made, please contact us for details. Timeline Training will not accept responsibility for costs incurred through attending one of our courses without having issued booking confirmation.

 

  • TimelineTraining reserves the right to cancel a course up to 7 days before the event. This will always be as a last resort, to minimise disruption. In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavour to give adequate notice, and offer a full refund of the course cost. We reserve the right to change the trainer or the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

  • Timeline Training accepts no responsibility for costs incurred in travelling to a course, so delegates are advised not to make reduced fare travel bookings more that 7 days in advance of the course.
